Really happy with my first attempt at Jumping. Think I got a good use of follow through on his ears tail and scarf, as well as using squash and stretch that we learned through the diving exercise.
The only issues I think I have with this animation is I wasted alot of time colouring. The hands also have a tedency to change size so I need to work on my volume control. Finally the arms come down quite suddenly and could use more work on my timing.
Other than that attempt 1 is Done!

Me and a friend have been working on a 5 issue sci-fi comic project for just about half a year now. Here are some of the concept peices, I’ve done to get a feel of the characters and enviroments that will be prominant in issue 2.

Life Drawing
As much as I love life drawing, when i was studying illustration we had to do a full day of it and I already have a bad attention span so you can imagine it was soul destroying.
Doing life drawing like this tho were each pose is so fast, I really loved it and it jkept my attention the entire way through.

Quick intro to puppet animation and Dragon Frame.
Super fun to play with but I’m not sure if its the animation style for me.
